In Egypt, INTSOY and FTRI, the Food Technology Research Institute of Egypt, teamed up to establish an incubator facility to promote soybean processing and utilization on both the commercial and home scale. The facility includes a processing pilot plant, a test kitchen, laboratories for research, and accommodation for conferences.
