Innovative Soymilk Processing

INTSOY is constantly looking for new innovative technologies for processing soy. This soymilk machine made by Pro-Soya, Ottawa, Canada, can produce 20 liters of soymilk in about 30 minutes. It can be fitted with either an electric (see above picture) or a manual boiler and can be operated in areas where there is no electricity. Pro-Soya also makes larger capacity soymilk machines suitable for commercial soymilk manufacture. In Krasnodar, Russia, the ASSOY company makes soymilk using these larger soymilk machines. The milk is sold in kiosks all over the city.
