INTSOY has hosted numerous workshops and courses on soybean processing. The courses encompass lectures, demonstrations, discussions, field trips, and hands-on processing in INTSOY’s pilot plan. The 1999 course, held in conjunction with the Global Soy Forum in Chicago, attracted nearly 60 participants from 20 different countries.
