The textured soy product on the left was made using INTSOY’s new non-solvent process and the sample on the right was made by conventional technology. The structures of the two products are similar. The product on the left can be made from dehulled soybeans, the product on the right requires solvent extracted soy flakes, which are not available in some countries.
