Notes:
The International Soybean Program (INTSOY) at the University of Illinois operates as an integral program within the National Soybean Research Laboratory. As part of that program, INTSOY is dedicated to increasing the processing and use of soybeans as animal feed and human food in the United States and countries around the world. This mission is accomplished through a comprehensive program of research and development, outreach activities, technology transfer, training, and information dissemination. Special emphasis is placed on working with private sector businesses in the development of new soy food products and innovative processing techniques.
